Bremerton's Schaaf returns to bobsled
Bremerton's Bree Schaaf , returning from offseason hip surgery, was third at the national team selection races Saturday in Lake Placid, N.Y. The start record was broken twice Saturday, the final time by Jamie Greubel and Aja Evans who won at 1:56.96. Second place was taken by Jazmine Fenlator and Olympic hurdler Lolo Jones .
Bremerton bobsledder Schaaf on comeback trail
If bobsled pilot Bree Schaaf holds up physically during training runs this week in Lake Placid, N.Y., the former Olympian from Bremerton will compete for another spot on the U.S. national team.
