Sister Cities visitors tour old reformatory during Mansfield bicentennial visit

As a charter bus pulled into the long driveway leading to the Ohio State Reformatory Monday morning, Virginia Imhoff was already on the move, excited to show off one of Mansfield's historic treasures.
