York Revolution lose starting pitcher Matt Fox to New York Mets
The York Revolution team bus had pulled out of the parking lot on its way for a road series in Central Islip, N.Y. Matt Fox had settled in for the trip to Long Island, and then manager Mark Mason called back that he wanted to see the Revs starting pitcher at the front of the bus.

After coughing up a five-run lead, the York Revolution rallied to tie the game in the ninth inning before drawing six walks in a four-run tenth inning and defeating the Bridgeport Bluefish, 11-8. The win snaps a two-game skid and evens the series, with the Revs going for the series win in the final game of the road trip today.
Revs spoil Southern Maryland's home opener
The York Revolution spoiled the home opener for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs on Wednesday evening, winning 5-2 in front of 4,215 fans at Regency Furniture Stadium for their second consecutive victory.
