The lineup for the Epicenter festival was announced today. The fifth installment of the So-Cal rock fest features OC punk heroes like Bad Religion, Pennywise and the Offspring while still showcasing newer local punk acts like FIDLAR and Plague Vendor.

The four members of Bad Brand of Justice have all gone to Warped Tour when they were teenagers, and, now, just a few years later, have been given the opportunity to play on the local stage for the second year in a row.

It was a line worth keeping in mind while listening to triple j's Hottest 100 of the past 20 years, which was played last weekend to celebrate two decades of the youth broadcaster's annual poll of the nation's favourite tracks for the year.

Over 18,000 people attended this weekend's Ink-N-Iron festival at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, which had booze, hot rods, cigarettes, tattoos, and good ol' fashioned rock n' roll.

Green Day have been through an interesting time of late. The promotion of their new trio of albums 'Uno! Dos! Tr!' was cut short due to Billie Joe Armstrong's stint in rehab.
