Collaborating with the B-52's at the 2009 CMT Music Awards Tuesday night wasn't that big a stretch for Sugarland.

Police say a major fire has erupted at the landmark Georgia Theatre in Athens that has been a venue for Georgia bands including REM., Widespread Panic and the B-52s. Witnesses say the fire began around 7 a.m. and was a major blaze.
