'The Beatles' is a music-album theme. Never in the history of copyright law have performers been granted decisionmaking powers over use of a theme not-their-own composition -- such right is only assumed among businesspeople.

I love all the new Beatles hype. Their remastered songs sound excellent. Not knocking the old sound but the remastered stuff just gives us all another reason to listen to the entire Beatles collection.
The new RockBand game only has the remastered versions of over 40 Beatles songs. It's a fun game and going to be a hot Christmas gift. www.RockBandBeatlesEdition.com |
