Interesting. If a german filmmaker made a fictional movie about scalping jews for fun, the adl would be all over him for "inciting racial hatred'. in fact, if the same guy rewrote wwii history to merely suggest that some parts of the holocaust could possibly, possibly have been different from the dogma we are given today, and tried to laugh off that rewrite as merely comedy, he would be vigorously prosecuted by the same "german' government that is funding this openly racist, misanthropic film. the irony is rather sad.
