Folks familiar with the work of former '50s teen idol Paul Anka probably weren't surprised by last week's news: he is the co-author of the first posthumous Michael Jackson single, 'This Is It.'' After all, this is the guy who wrote the 'Theme to the Tonight Show'' and 'My Way,'' a hit for both Frank Sinatra and Sid Vicious.
