oreilly's has the best prices in forrest city, but don't have enough help to give sufficient service, need to hire more help, I think you should get a get a hold of dewayne kennedy and give him whatever it takes to get him back. he is a great guy and a hell of a good parts man. probably one of the best that was ever there. get him back, he's good and he's not lazy. from one of your customers

I do not know about Josh Fitting but I do know about Richard Watlington, the manager for O'Reillys. Mr. Watlington can be a very nice person when he wants to be but for the most part, he is a loud, two faced, backstabbing, lying, rude & arrogant snake in the grass that doesn't deserve his position as manager. He needs to go back to his career as a Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner salesman. He has a bad habit of talking about his customers behind their backs. Its bad enough he talks about them. Whats worse is he talks to other customers about them & their past due accounts with O'Reillys. He is extremely prejudice. From my experience, the times that I have been in the store, he treats some of his employees like crap then talks about them like crap when they walk off. He did Dewayne Kennedy wrong. When I go in the store I try to stear clear of him. That girl is the one that usually waits on me. She sure knows her shit but has the worst personality Ive ever seen. Never smiles or anything. That new tall black man, Larry, is real polite, Terrel is good, really knows his shit. As does Mac. Dont know much about that new kid. Not really even sure about his name. That driver, Ashley, now that girl is always smiling & happy & very polite & if you dont mind me saying, very goodlooking. Now that new driver, not sure of her name either but damn, couldnt they have done better than that? Bow wow. Sorry but if O'Reillys doesnt want to lose anymore customers, then I would suggest getting rid of Mr. Watlington. He is an eyesore as well as a jerk. Just thought you should know a little about the man that I have known for years.

Now, that I have more time, where do I start... Oh lunch. Is that the best you can do? REALLY... Let's start with Richard. I have had a couple of bosses in my 37 years and Richard is one of the best. He gives those of us that have kids alittle lee way because he knows the value of family and responsibility. If you don't want anyone saying anything about your PASSED DUE BILLS why don't you get a job and pay them. As far as Dewayne, if your not him shut up. "That girl" is a loving caring mother who would do anything she could for you(well maybe not you). You are right about Larry and T they are very polite and do know their shit as does Richard and that girl. Now, as for bow wow. I was not hired to entertain you or anybody else. I was hired to deliver parts and I am dam good at it. My thoughts about you and I am just going by what you wrote. You seem to be a very shallow, self centered, irresponsible, smart ass prick.
