Opting out

The first question that comes to mind is: is Shyamalan going to receive a film credit in Toronto? Otherwise, lamenting the possibility that Shyamalan might not receive a film credit at some future time is not very productive.

The budget issue is but a symptom of a much larger problem within Harrisburg - the Gov as well as the legislature, for the most part, don't give a damn about the taxpayers - just look to pay raise as an example - the legislature had plenty of time to do their job, they just decided not to...so there you go.

This is a non-story.....he shot movies in PA before the film tax credit. He can simply use that as a bargaining chip..let him go elsewhere!

Also, Rendell can give a tax credit to his Hollywood buddies but not to more essential aspects of our society!

No, I did not mean
"projection" but now that you mention it, I believe WOW may be guilty of that too. In all his posts he accuses everyone who disagrees with him of being a racist.
