Activision is pulling YouTube videos of Kurt Cobain singing other singers' songs in Guitar Hero 5. Usually this wouldn't sound too strange, except last month , Courtney Love said she was going to "sue the shit out of Activision" for Cobain's use in the game - specifically the ability to use the late singer to perform other artists' tunes.
