Heavy metal band As I Lay Dying has pulled out of their spot in the upcoming tour with Killswitch Engage, in the wake of As I Lay Dying's frontman being charged in an alleged murder for hire plot.

The San Diego metal band announced on its Facebook page that it officially dropped off its co-headlining tour with Killswitch Engage.

"I'd rather burn out/than fade away" bellows returned vocalist Jessie Leach on "The New Awakening," the third track on Disarm the Descent .
