That's because comic Judah Friedlander pops up all over the place. He's been a talking head on VH1's Best Week Ever, hugged strangers in the video for the Dave Matthews Band's "Everyday," played Harvey Pekar's "genuine nerd" best friend in American Splendor, and, most recently, has the recurring role of Frank on NBC's 30 Rock.
