Actor Jon Cryer's former wife will not be charged with any crimes in the wake of her arrest in Hermosa Beach for suspicion of abusing her son, prosecutors said Tuesday.

This looks like a matter that will most probably be resolves in civil court. Sadly with Hermosa Police as the defendants, one again, because of poor supervision.

I think there is more to the story than what the DB reported. I remember reading from past blog on this story that her BF or husband was a loser trying to get money.
