D'Onofrio's shoes CAN be filled

Full story: Worcester Telegram & Gazette

For eight impressive seasons, actor Vincent D'Onofrio has captivated and sometimes annoyed viewers as know-it-all detective Robert Goren on the NBC/USA drama 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent.' A spinoff of the original 'Law & Order,' the series has given D'Onofrio the platform to saunter around and confront murder and robbery suspects with a wild ...

I've been a fan of Vincent D'Onofrio since his very first appearance on "Law & Order: CI" and my admiration for his acting has not lessened. What I was disappointed in was the emphasis made in later episodes of his "dark side" and his personal trauma. It is, perhaps, a necessary part of an on-going series for us to see below the surface of the character, but I think it went too far and consequently, many viewers lost interest in both the show and the character. Jeff Goldblum is great and, let's face it, ANYONE can be replaced, but does it make it a better show? No! And in the meantime what is Vincent doing?

I never watched the episodes when Vinnie D wasnt in them so I guess I wont be watching the show at all now. If it was Vinnies idea to move on than I hope he does well in the future but if it was USA's idea, there retarted. And for all the people that thought he was annoying on the show.... enjoy Jeff Goldbloom. He is the most annoying guy on the planet!!!!!!!!!!

The writer of this article is pretty empty headed if you ask me!
NO ONE can fill Vincent D'Onofrio's size 13 shoes! The writers screwed up his charactor, but Vincent will always be one of the best actors on this planet. He is amazing the way he can change himself into just about anything. He truly is 'the chamelian'! Besides; that screwy Nichols charactor is nothing compared to Robert Goren. I wish you the best Mr D'Onofrio; but NO ONE can fill YOUR shoes; or Bobby Gorens either!
Goren IS the sex! Give us back our Bobby!

He's made three movies and is working on a fourth. Who cares what he looks like. It's his acting I am enthralled with. I guess you need to be in the business to understand. I am sure sex with him skinny or overweight is the same. Either always good or always bad.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Taurus

Try to keep your energy a little bit more under control. If you scatter in all directions, you'll end up hot and bothered. Mars tends to rev up your engine, but an awkward aspect to Saturn will make everything go in stops and starts. As soon as you try to shift into higher gear you meet immovable objects at the moment, so the solution is to slow down. There are wonderful, uplifting influences hanging around as well as tricky ones, so just hang in there.
