Downloads from Activision's Guitar Hero Aerosmith and other games are one remaining way to expose kids to classic tunes.

The injury--which, according to guitarist Joe Perry's Twitter feed, involves a muscle in one of Tyler's legs--led the group to postpone its July 1 show in Cincinnati; July 3 in Hershey, PA; July 5 in Virginia Beach, VA; tonight's show in Raleigh, NC; and Thursday's show in Charlotte, NC.

On Monday, Live Nation revealed that Aerosmith had postponed its Charlotte and Raleigh Guitar Hero: Aerosmith tour stops.

A souped-up version of the Silverbacks will play Greendale's Pub Saturday night.

During their current North American summer tour, Aerosmith is performing their classic Toys in the Attic album live from front to back, along with an array of Aerosmith hits.
