OK,how about we assign and ICE agent to the courts and when an "ILLEGAL ALIEN" is identified they are immediately taken into custody and deported. Since they are issuing subpoenas, when they go out to arrest those who fail to respond, ID the "ILLEGAL ALIENS" and deport. There may actually be a bright side to this story.....

I would think if someone was convicted of a crime or found at fault in a civil matter and it later turned out an illegal served on the jury, the verdict would have to be vacated. This could be especially interesting if someone were to be convicted of murder and sentenced to death. I would think the courts would be interested in clearing this up ASAP. Imagine the numbers of cases that would be successfully appealed due to an illegal sitting on a jury. After all, unless you, yourself, are an illegal, an illegal alien should not be considered your peer.

Does it get any better than this? OMG. If our immigration laws are enforced we may some day have judges who are illegal aliens! Rip my hair out daily! Noticed the drivers license situation, does anyone have a clue in Nevada? Apparently not.
