Some reggae group called GROUNDATION has accused FERGIE and WILL.I.AM of ripping off their song, "Warterfall" for Fergie's solo track, "Voodoo Doll". "Waterfall" was recorded in 2000 and "Voodoo Doll" . . . which was written by Fergie and Will .
