Frank Ocean 's father Calvin Cooksey is reportedly suing Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons for $142 million. TMZ reports that Cooksey is taking legal action against Simmons for defamation of character, stating that he has been portrayed as a poor father on Simmons' website, Global Grind.
