MACHINA , the Little Rock, Arkansas-based band featuring former EVANESCENCE and current WE ARE THE FALLEN members John LeCompt and Rocky Gray , has completed work on its its debut album, "To Live And Die In The Garden Of Eden" , for a tentative early 2010 release via an as-yet-undetermined record label.

Fronted by the gothic beauty Amy Lee, the group formed in Little Rock, AR, in 1995 after Lee met former guitarist Ben Moody.

Finger Eleven guitarist James Black isn't about to switch bands soon, but the guitarist will be a temporarily part of Evanescence this weekend.

EVANESCENCE played a "secret" show last night at the 1,000-capacity Grand Ballroom in New York City.

It seems ludicrous that Evanescence has not yet appeared on a Twilight soundtrack, but there's two sequels to go, and Amy Lee's grandiosely maudlin goth-pop monolith seems to be revving up again after several lifetimes' worth of intra-band calamity.
