$40M lawsuit filed by 'Happy Days' cast won't include punitive damages

A $40 million breach-of-contract lawsuit filed on behalf of five members of the "Happy Days" cast -- alleging CBS owes them for merchandise sales related to the comedy series -- was trimmed today by a judge, who eliminated the actors' chance of obtaining punitive damages.
