Multi-platinum American rock band, Counting Crows have announced they will be releasing their first new album in over 4 years on April 10, 2012 on Collective Sounds.

Counting Crows , who amicably left longtime label Geffen Records in 2009 to make music independently, will release their first full-length in four years -- titled "Underwater Sunshine " -- on April 10.
