Fischer's 'They Died Before 40' profiles such musicians as pianist Fats Waller, drummer Chick Webb, bassist Jimmy Blanton and trumpeter Bunny Berrigan New York Jazz Museum founder Howard Fischer is completing a documentary, "They Died Before 40," about jazz greats who died young.
