It's in the opinion section. It's better than reading about all the property crime that is occurring locally.

Is the staff at the ADS so overworked that this is the crap we have to look forward to? I thought it was a nice story, read it thru to the end, but did not in any way appreciate the reference bordering on child abuse; i.e. give my kids Dramamine to make them quiet. If your's are a little loud, you should have wrapped that rascal and avoided the issue all together. A waste of space.

It's true.

The smaller the town, the more relaxed are the laws regarding abuse.

That's why in REALLY small TX towns blood relatives can intermarry without any worry at all.

Right, Al Dente?

I dont know about intermarry....I just think The story has a humor to it. Everyone is always trying to turn something positive to negative hoopla

This is probably one of the most confusing posts I have ever read. And, please note, NONE of the writers are actually from Amarillo. Please post in your own hometown.

Your icons catch phrase "give obamy a chance" already marks you as slow, get this moron...giving a child a drug to make them quiet to suit you is wrong, it doesn't matter the size of the town doesn't matter; but you make a good point, Alamo is small, there does seem to be a disproportionatly large number of idiots here, probably due to the fact that most had to endure long car trips as children.

Give me a break! The writer gave his children Dramamine to combat car sickness and that is it! To allow them to continue suffering with vomiting and naseau would be child abuse.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Scorpio

If something is bothering you, it's important that you say so now, loudly and clearly. It's no good bottling things up any longer because that will only lead to resentment and a slow-burning anger. However, it's important that you know when to shut up too, otherwise you might overstate your case or sound so demanding that you turn others against you.
