The Eighth Annual National Coming Out Day Street Festival, founded by QVegas magazine in honor of Human Rights Campaign's Coming Out Project, will take place Saturday, October 3. The location once again this year is Commercial Center in front of The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada, which co-sponsors the event.
