2009 State Capitol Holiday Festivities
It's almost time to deck the halls at the Arkansas State Capitol. Secretary of State Charlie Daniels today announced the schedule for the 2009 Capitol holiday festivities, which includes the traditional lighting ceremony on December 5th.
