Yea.. and what does it say about our SJC when they overturn the conviction. The woman admitted she didn't want to be there and sympathized with victims of crimes. SHE WAS NOT A GOOD JUROR. So the race card was played and the SJC believed it. Now a murderer could be out of jail in no time. Nice job!!!!

No wonder Pitiful Pittsfield is like the Wild West these days...utter incompetence at the Berkshire County courthouses on every level

I've said it before, and I'll continue to state my piece!! We need to ELECT these Judges, not have them appionted by some blowheart from the other end of the state!! Time for a change people,....time for a CHANGE!!!

How about it! Why would a DA who got a murder conviction in the first trial, only to have it overturned on a technicality, give the murderer a plea deal and possible slap on the wrist? This guy needs a challenger also, and I hope it's a good one. I voted for Tim Shugrue last time in the primary, and I think I was right to do so.

So the victim life isn't worth anything???
