On Sunday, October 28 at 11am, Boston roots musician and family entertainer Alastair Moock will play a special Halloween show for kids and families at 92Y Tribeca as part of the club's Bring Your Own Kid series.

A great annual fundraiser happens tonight at Johnny D's , when some of the best local acts come together to raise money for the Somerville Homeless Coalition .

It's also totally kid-friendly. Moock's trio blazed through guitar solos, banjo breakdowns and songs about the ABCs at a Saturday morning show at the Regent Theatre in Arlington.

The Center for Arts in Natick has rock, children's folk, and folk on the calendar this week, followed by Celtic music and the annual benefit concert next week.
