Torn Banner and Activision bringing Chivalry: Medieval Warfare to Consoles

Torn Banner Studios are bringing their successful Chivalry: Medieval Warfare to the previous generation of consoles, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Activision have partnered up with Torn Banner to help ship this medieval first-person action game to the consoles digitally. Chivalry was initially released on PC via Steam back in October or 2012 and since then has sold around 2 million copies.

Grand Theft Auto V's next-gen launch confirmed

The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions will be available from November 18. The PC edition will land on January 27, 2015. The game originally launched on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in September last year, to critical acclaim.

'Minecraft' updates coming for Xbox One, PS4 while work wraps up on the PS Vita

Originally scheduled to launch in August, 4J Studios ' current-gen editions of Minecraft were slightly delayed and didn't see release until the first week of this month. Those looking forward to the PS Vita version of Minecraft , however, are still waiting on the handheld port despite the fact that it was expected to launch alongside the Xbox One and Playstation 4 editions.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be delivered episodically

The episodic gaming model appears to fallen out of favor with practically every company that isn't Telltale, but Capcom is giving it a shot with an upcoming entry in one of their biggest franchises. Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be delivered in four weekly chunks when it arrives on PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox One and 360 and PC early next year.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor delayed for PS3 and Xbox 360

PS3 and Xbox 360 gamers itching to get going with Monolith's upcoming Tolkien-inspired action RPG will have a little longer to wait as Warner Bros announce delays today. The publisher said in a press release that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor "will take more time in development," although there's little more than this to go on at the moment.
