Civil War tour group learns about the battle that wasn't

On Saturday, Whitfield County will dedicate the Potato Hill Park, spearheaded by Save the Dalton Battlefields, at 2261 Reed Road, at 11 a.m. The property was acquired with funding from the Georgia Battlefields Association and donated to the county.
