3 Suspects Arrested Following 2 Torrance Robberies
A man and two teens were in custody for allegedly committing two robberies within a 15-minute period in Torrance, authorities said.
The first holdup occurred at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday when two armed robbers entered Family Video in the 3500 block of Redondo Boulevard, said Torrance police Lt. David Petersen.
"They walked in, pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded money and video games," said Torrance police Officer Dave Crespin.
The pair took cash and fled westbound towards Yukon Avenue, according to media reports. Read more
