Nooooooooo, for crying out loud.... If you even WATCHED the show, you'd know it was a joke. Everyone laughed, she was kidding. And former VP has ALWAYS made it clear he would not want to run for Pres. I'd vote for him though, if he did. But for crying out loud...cannot believe that there's even a topic that someone would post as "serious." It's at the very end of the show if anyone wants to actually WATCH it.

She's promoting herself, I agree, but before they reigned her in, she had some things to say that interested me. If Cheney 'should' run for prez in 2012, I wouldn't vote for him anyway. I sincerely hope it WAS a joke. Oh, yeah, Lizzie got into the 'how do I look','am I too heavy' thing, so that's when she lost credence with me. REMEMBER, Reagan arrived in our terrible economic pain where we invented the MISERY INDEX.(During Carter) That’s when we got one of the most STILL RESPECTED AND CHERISHED political leaders in our nations' recent history, Reagan. There are economists claiming we're gonna see 12% unemployment (jeezuz I hope not)...because the mechanisms aren't being put in place to save our economy by this current administration. (71% CONSUMER DRIVEN - government spending by idiot Obama was NEVER going to pull up a 71% consumer driven economy.) And if we take enough seats in 2010, we can STOP the nitemare from escalating...and in 2012, we may find ourselves with a "new dawn" on us, with another Reagan. I don't see Reagan out there yet. But maybe he or she just hasn't stepped up yet. Maybe he or she hasn’t realized it yet, that the nation needs them. We just haven't found our Reagan yet.(No, it's not Palin or Romney, or even Pawlenty) Its someone out there who isn't so narcissistic that they've planned this all their life, to be our leader. I want the ACCIDENTAL leader, someone humble enough to have lived a life, A REAL person. Someone who FELL into politics, from a call to action. Someone who now hears the desperate cry for help from our nation. Not a self aggrandizing blow hard like an Obama. I want a leader who is HUMBLE, and GRACIOUS for our nation, who speaks of her capabilities, not go on a "we suck '09" tour like Obama. I want someone who is deeply grateful for her greatness, and all that she offers. I want a leader who reflects the HOPE of the Statue of Liberty, for all. I want a leader who shines like a beacon of light, but is modest enough to know that HE OR SHE isn't that beacon, it's the USA that is the beacon.. and they REPRESENT that beacon, no matter how temporary. Unlike Obama as Jeff Jacoby in the Boston Globe writes about "Obama's swelling ego." But as the literary theorist Stanley Fish points out,“By the time of the address to the Congress on Feb. 24, the royal we [had] flowered into the naked ‘I’:‘As soon as I took office, I asked this Congress.’‘I called for action.’‘I pushed for quick action.’‘I have told each of my Cabinet.’‘I’ve appointed a proven and aggressive inspector general.’’I refuse to let that happen.’’’ In his speech on the federal takeover of General Motors, Obama likewise found it necessary to use the first-person singular pronoun 34 times.(“Congress’’ he mentioned just once.)
At this rate, it won’t be long before the president’s ego is so inflated that it will require a ZIP code of its own. We need a leader like Reagan. Soft spoken, deep belly conviction that this nation is great, and will be great again... I want to be PROUD of the leader of this nation. I'm not proud of Obama... I'm disappointed that so many out there fell for his obscene self aggrandizing overblown sense of self importance. Believes he is bigger than the office, rather than being humbled by the honor, intimidated by the shoes he now walks in. He's never spoken to aspire to other great leaders...he's always spoke of himself as ALREADY a great leader, you just got around to electing him. I don't see Reagan out there, but he or she IS out there, because our nation needs him or her, and there is a clarion out there now.... And our Reagan will hear us...few and far between are those that can raise a nation that is sinking... Reagan is out there...we just need him or her to hear us now...

I dont see Cheney running.eventhough he might get super pace maker implanted. I see him as an attack dog on the outside making the Democrats miserable and having to answer a lot of questions. He knows all the dirt in White House. I think he will make things as miserable as the woman in Allaska who was filing all the ethics questions about Sara Palin. This woman did the greatest thing by filing all of these complaints against Palin. She is now out on the public scene instead of being tucked away in Alaska. Most of the time hate gets the best of people and they make huge mistakes like this woman in Alaska who you have heard nothing from since Palin left the Governor's office. The Dems used her and now are throwing her away. Cheney wii be a thorn in the Democrat's side, in the coming election. I think Liz is the one to watch. When his book is done and she has more time, I think she will be on the political scene. Listen to her when she talks, she can think very well on here feet and does not need a Teleprompter.

Dick Cheney is no Ronald Reagan! He's one of the few that I think would be worse than what we have now. I wish he'd go into obscurity like so many other former VPs.

Cheney has always said he never aspired to the presidency. Admantly said it. Which makes for a wonderful man to consider, as unrealistic as that may be. Think about it. Cheney has called Obama on the carpet on numerous lies now. Some of our most humble and GREATEST leaders in history were those who were most reluctant to lead. Washington, Lincoln, Eisenhower, etc. However, I believe Cheney to be adamant if he were to hear of a "draft Cheney" movement. Cheney WOULD have a chance of pounding Obama into the dirt. His matter of fact stances, his clear unfaltering vision of our strength, his unyielding beliefs in our nation's inherant goodness, and clear understanding of military might versus what is capable and what is not. Cheney's understanding about what is appropriate and what is not are Cheney's strengths. He is an amazing man, love him or hate him. Unequivocal, strong, clear minded, straght talking, no nonsense. And humble. He has a maturity about him which says he IS aware of the responsibilities he has(had), and has only the nation's best interest, security, and welfare on his plate. His contenance says he DOES have experience, and you CAN trust him with your life. Because he IS a leader with experience. Obama on the other hand, conveys none of that. Just a sense of entitlement and self aggrandizing, everything is about him. Tent revivalist rhetoric remeniscent of a snake oil salesman. Yes, can Cheney be salty? Of course. Is Cheney firm in his beliefs, and convictions? Yes. Would he be a leader we could be proud of? ABSOLUTELY. Would he be someone who would go on a "we suck '09" tour? Not even on a cold day in ****. But would he run. Again, not even on a cold day in ****. Nice to think about.. The nation will find someone. She always does. And THAT leader will be the transformative leader to Obama's self aggradnizing rhetoric. Contrary to Obama's overblown sense of self importance, this leader will be humble, and will transform our economy back into the engine we're supposed to be...our nation will heal under that leader. Not be ripped apart with a parasitic intrusion by government as Obama wants. And the contrast of Obama's teleprompter words versus that leader who WILL be the "one that transforms" the US...will be startling. We're poised, and we're ready..and the clarion call is out.... Help is on the way...

If there is a God, it will be a Cheney/Palin ticket for 2012. How much better could it get for the Democrats than to have pure evil and a dumb bimbo going into the election against us… especially after what we saw in the NY 23 race after Palin and the tea-baggers got to show exactly how much weight they have, LOL.
