Hampton plans to spend $30 million on new Circuit Court, parking garage

Instead of leading to the Washington Monument though, the walkway will be a path to a clock tower on a new Circuit Court building beside Hampton's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and General District Court.

Waste of 3 million dollars, the more they build, the more people they have to hire to operate that means the more taxes we pay. I have been in most of their courtrooms, a lot of waste, only place packed -juvenile court.
