The quote we have received is from $1,500 to $2,350. And yes we are very upset about it. Not sure where the money will come from.

Very unfair on flood area. We live backed up to San Lorenzo creek. San Leandro side is not included as being in flood zone.City made a stink and "pull" and had them taken off the roll. 2 doors away from us still backed up to creek they are not included in flood zone. Another area flood zone shown and an island of 1 house is excluded.
Flood waters if ever are only going to San Lorenzo side and going around house excluded, and going to disapear at the end of homes not included. Us being county not city have no one to fight for us. 1st study showed we were not in zone. Now suddenly we are. |
