I could understand Huckabee or Romney...but PALIN? I hope I wish I forever will support her because she will be the undoing of the GOP in 2012. Her lack of intellect and her pandering to God, Guns & abstinence only education are only a small part of her lack of centrist understanding of the American populous. Hint: The majority of the Americans don't live in Alaska or the bible belt!

Romney gave Massachussetts that wonderful health care program that is bankrupting the state. Both he and Huckabee were old news after the last election. Palin is a polarizing figure. Although I like her chutzpah, I don't think she would be a strong enough candidate, even though Obama will probably be in single digits in his approval ratings by then. Margaret Thatcher she is not. Personally, I like Boehner of Ohio. My only exposure to him has been through C-Span but I found him quite impressive. If the GOP is to survive as a party, it is going to have to look for new faces who can genuinely take an authoritative position. Otherwise the third party movement will pick up steam and the GOP will be a memory in the foreseeable future.

Huckabee is a "social conservative" and nothing more, Romney can't win because he's a Mormon (and I don't like his Massachusetts healthcare program either), and although I'd like to see Palin in some kind of a national position because she invigorates the voters, I don't see her as President or VP. Time to bring in some new blood, but I suspect we'll just get another McCain or Dole.

The fact that neo-cons insist on having an proven incompetent, ignorant, barely coherent quitter like Palin in the limelight while a truly accomplished, intelligent, erudite, sophisticated and strategic female candidate like Kaye Bailey Hutchinson sits ignored ... well that should speak volumes about GOP priorities. Of course, any support of Hutchinson as the leading Republican woman candidate instead of Palin automatically makes me a "whacko lib" to the drooling neo-con masses. I challenge ANYONE to put Palin's and Hutchinson's political, academic and intellectual accomplishments side-by-side and still try to claim that Palin is the more qualified of the two. Go ahead, please. The laughs will be uproarious.

Can you imagine how much respect America would get from the world if Huckebee and Palin were our leaders? The world is happier just thinking about it. And we wouldn't have to worry about more terrorism attacks from Radical Muslims once Obama is gone. He loves his Muslim brothas.

I've been saying the same thing since McCain used his "America First!" brain and selected Palin. The fact is there at LEAST 25 more qualified Republicans. But please by all means retarded Republicans, take this to mean we are scared of Palin and nominate her. Please. That's the problem I see for what passes for the Republican party now: Everything is about they WANT and not what's best for America. They WANT Palin so they can say nyah nyah to Democrats. They don't actually care about the abject ruination Palin would wrought on America and the world through sheer ignorance, ineptitude and an utter lack of intellect and qualification. They *WANT* Palin. They WANT her because it's what everybody else DOESN'T want. They WANT her. End of story. The extreme wing of the right wing has become nothing more than a collective of Veruka Salts. http://www.youtube.com/watch...

I really do believe that Palin is a nice person but I just don't believe that she is bright enough to be that high up in the government. President of the PTA, absolutely. POTUS, nope.
