I made the mistake of getting a flu shot once and was sick for weeks. About the only time in my life I've been sick. No energy, headaches, shooting pains, miserable.

Not going to make that mistake again. This H1N1 is likely some sort of bio-terrorism, and I certainly don't trust the government to come up with a cure which isn't worse than the disease.

You should see a physician. Not about the anecdote you relate above (it's nonsense), and not about your laughable conspiracy theories, but about your delusional paranoia. There's a cure. It's called EDUCATION.

Given the fact that all pharmaceuticals have been absolved of any potential problems/liabilities and that the vaccines will have a mercury derivative in them, I'd be very leary of accepting the effectiveness of some 'cure' drummed up in such a short period of time.

Just keep a close eye on it. The worry is swine flu may mutate into something more deadly and more resistant. Just yesterday was a report of a new mutation in Canada, but it appears to remain a mild form. So far, swine flu appears no worse than any other flu ... let's hope it stays that way.

Curious this posted now. I just received my junk E-mail from the White House on this very subject yesterday.

More died from the vaccination in 1976(plus hundreds sickened)than from the "big bad flu".
This is only to make billions for the drug companies and it can kill your children if you're gullible enough to allow it.
Something's fishy about this flu hype,more people have died from slipping on a banana peeel than from this flu.

Big Pharma donations coupled with Lobbyist donations to Obama paying off in Billion$!

I admit, I don't remember. How many were there?
On cue: nobody can presently predict the seriousness of this influenza when it returns in force this fall. Personally, I believe that preparations for a severe problem, though not the worst case scenario, are in order, and I believe that I'll have a vaccination, I'll encourage my family to do so, and I'll respect the choices of other people to decline to do so.

I remember the Swine Flu vaccines fiasco in the mid 1970s. I will take my chances with the virus. Keep you vaccine, Messiah.

I remember this. I had a college roommate whose father got a Swine flu vaccine, became paralyzed and almost died from it. My brother was in the Army and had to take the vaccine. Ever since then, every year, he gets a high fever and the worst flu symptoms. I will never get a swine flu vaccine.

I wouldnt take anything offered by the government. Your money is paying for this scam. The drug company will reap billions, its payback time for all the lobbying and contributions to election tills. Wake up stupid people!

I remember the swine flu shots in the late 70's. Was a scam then and now. Better to BAN THE TOBACCO DRUG and save millions of lives around the world, every year!

Wheres this money comming from now. My great great great grandchildren. We spent all the money and then some and barrowed our way into the next few generations of servatude. If theres not enough people left with enough common sense to scream and take to the streets, then this country deserves what it gets. This is why our type of government lasts only about 200 years. It gets stupid and allows people to take it over from inside. Theyve covered every area including changing the way our children look at the future by taking over schools and curriculum. The colleges learn it as well. Now the ones grown up and out of college expect and hand out welfare state.
