Frist line...re-negotiate the contracts.

Its going to be more than 3.5 years. We elected a man, not a boy. All should stand behind him, because he inherited a mess that no one could solve in the amount of time he has had.

The State cannot renegotiate the contracts without permission of the respective groups because it cannot go bankrupt. Please get that through your head.

True, so far all Obama does is talk, spend money, and visit pointless places. By the time he is done with this country, we won't even have our freedom anymore. He should be impeached.

Take a hint people, this is how a Republican would run the country. Another PRIME example of Republican economic leadership. Pathetic.
Fortunately, the Democrats in Sacramento can't steal banks' money the way they are stealing from the taxpayer.
Good slap on the wrist. They steal from our paychecks to maintain welfare for the lazy, and fund pensions of union workers. Grand Theft.

All have received TAXPAYER BAILOUTS and special favors during their self-imposed banking gambling bubble and bust. We should have let them fail and saved the system for a better crop of managers.
California should sue each and every one of them for its share of the $14 TRILLION in bailout funds allocated to these banking midgets.
The Feds should step in, clean Sacramento the same way they did with GM, and Wall Street.
Fire the thief Democrats who take from hard working people and fund welfare and union coffers.
The California Legislature is no better than Maddoff, Stanford, Enron.

<quoted text>Exactly, I wish the government would bail out the people, send each person a stiumlus check and let the corporations and banks go under. They have received bailout money and are not lending, they are not renegotiating mortgages, they are not stopping foreclosures.
You mean another welfare disguised as bailout? Do you see your hand screaming: give me!?
A bailout should allways come with tough requirements, like hmmm let's see..... work? Say you get a baliout but in exchange you go and repair roads for five years to repay the loan.
Now THAT is a real bailout.
You want money, you want car, you want house. Who you think gonna pay for what you want? Other beggars, like you?

Man, if I would have the money, I would buy it from you. Just thinking 20 years from now, would be a historical piece worth millions. And I am 10000% sure I am not mistaken.

Banks are taking US taxpayer money and stuffing it into the mattress. Fat lot of economic good that does us.
Banks are smart: they have money. California elected officials are stupid: they pay with IOUs.
Banks will never make YOU, stupid taxpayer to pay for their expenses.
The Democrat elitists in Sacramento steal from you at every corner to fund their own salaries, their own medical and pension benefits.
California Democrats make the Chinese govt look like a nice people.

I would stand behind him if he were doing something other than political pay backs and acting like a kid in a candy store....He has done nothing but create more of a mess, and his legislative agenda is his own downfall, every body is running in the other direction, even members of his own party...

In order for them to be worth a premium there has to be a limited supply, this situation looks like they will be printing them like toilet paper thus flooding the collector market making them essentially worthless..

This is terrible----are the wire transfer companies accepting the IOU's so the Illegal Aliens can wire their money home?

If not this terrible situtation has to be corrected by CA State Government to insure that Illegal Aliens holding IOU's wanting to wire money home can used their IOU's and the CA State Goverment IMMEDIATELY give the wire tranfer companies CASH for the IOU'S---BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE IS PAID FOR IN CA.

If not Mexico might not be happy.

Banks get in trouble: run to taxpayers for bailouts, and the political gangsters bow to their corporate masters.

The idiot political gangstas can't figure out the business of government, and their corp masters stab them in the back.

People never learn, and certainly fail to remember anything learned of value.

But ask them what happened last week on Big Brother.

Hey, since we fail to use the National Guard to keep out drug/gangster illegals from running the borders,

then get rid of the national guard.

Get rid of all committees on the public dole, like smoke police, get rid of State police investigators, cut CHP by 75%, get rid of CHP air patrol, execute capitol criminals, etc., etc.

That's the easy and simpleton minded way of looking at things. Lets blame the Mexicans. Not the banks. Screw your head on, it's falling off.

You would rather the money go to banks and insurance companies to pay for $10 million dollars salaries and golden toilets for ceos who work one day a year between golf games. YOu want to stimulate the economy by giving it to the banks to steal? They're supposed to lend it to make the money turn around. Yes I think it should be given to the people, it is the peoples money, let them spend it and stimulate the economy. You're an idiot.
