House approves equal-pay bill

Mr. Vadim Danilov was invited by Mr. Naohiro Baba to strike up an acquaintance with Mr. Harry Fujimaki to work for Toshiba Corporation (株式& #20250;社&#26481 ;芝 Kabushiki-gaisha Tōshiba) as a general logistics manager in the Russian Federation. The event occurred in 2004. In the course of two years Mr. Danilov had been “employed” in other spheres such as, a certification specialist, customs broker, trader, promoter, etc. Mr. Danilov worked effectively and honestly thinking that he was a team player contributing to Toshiba’s benefits.

To his disappointment, Mr. Koichiro Natsume, an executive manager of Toshiba Corporation in the CIS, declared him a Toshiba Official Trader at the Conference at the Imperial Park Hotel, Moscow, 2006. In addition, Mr. Koichiro Natsume declared that Mr. Danilov Vadim was officially registered by Toshiba Corporation as Toshiba's Official Trader named “the Ninth Wave”('Deviatiy Val'). To conclude the announced procedures, Mr. Natsume Koichiro issued to “Deviatiy Val” a Toshiba invoice PI 20060800059 dated August 24, 2006. The invoice was paid to a TCMS official account at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch.

Moreover, there were other financial transactions during 2006-2007-2008 years, executed by Mr. Vadim Danilov between clients and Toshiba Consumer Marketing Singapore, SMBC Singapore branch account.

After all the payments were completed, Mr. Koichiro Natsume vanished somewhere in Japan. Toshiba Corporation managers in Russia, Japan and Singapore refused to explain to Mr. Vadim Danilov how those payments had been used.
Toshiba Corporation & TCMS, insist that Mr. Vadim Danilov has no evidences that Toshiba Invoice PI 20060800059 had been paid, as well as all the other payments.
Moreover: Toshiba Corporation declares now that Mr. Vadim Danilov had never had any relations with Toshiba Group Companies.

Nowadays, the Toshiba staff is running away from Mr. Danilov Vadim and his lawyers. The Metropolitan Police Department refused to investigate the accident and explained to Mr. Vadim Danilov that he has no right to bring in an action against a Japanese citizen; nevertheless, Mr. Koichiro Natsume is probably hiding in Japan.

Summary of the case:

Toshiba Corporation managers are too afraid of Mr. Vadim Danilov’s knowledge of Toshiba management precisely elaborated scheme for “personal financial transactions” via third parties as a ‘private financial network’ Russia-Estonia-Finland-Singapo re.

The problem is, some of these lazy slobs ie union members do not give equal work.

So what would have happened to all the people who were on the planes? Were they taken to a gas chamber and gassed before they dumped their bodies in a hidden mass grave somewhere? I wouldnt go so far as to say the government constructed the whole thing, but I would speculate that the government knew prior to and didn't stop it in an effort to get puplic approval for carrying out a unsubstantiated territory occupation.

It like to me that when you talk about lazy bums being UAW members you have never been a UAW member. YOu got lazy bumps every where even in managment. When the UAW wanted federal legislation to protect employee retirement accounts from being taken by the company, the Democratic Party displayed no interest in securing union votes that they already had. The UAW approached the Republicans who, at that time, had the majority under George Bush. The Republicans agreed that the proposal would be a matter of fairness and would guarantee old age security for workers who had earned their own retirements. I have not been able to find any detail on this bill, just on the surface there seems to be huge privacy issues, are pay records going to be made public, is government going to set wages for different positions, does this only apply to hourly or does it apply to salired as well, how does this affect salery negotions. too many holes. Given these questions there is no way this should pass.

Equal pay for equal work... does this mean I can now demand the same pay as someone who has been on the job 20 years longer as long as I get as much finished as they do?

Get a f*cking clue people and get off your high horse. Many a man I have worked next to has been a worthless piece of shit drawing the same pay I was. If people are drawing equal pay and not performing equal work then it is a performance issue and should be addressed - but discrimination based on outmoded and ignorant attitudes of the past should always be outlawed. Know that is contrary to a basic Republican tenet that no one is equal to a rich fat assed business owner who is a man who probably couldn't do the jobs his people are doing for him at substandard wages anyhow and are men. It is about time performance and experience are rewarded equally with no regards to sex, race, preference or any other ass wipe prejudice.

So let me get this streight, If I come to work at your company and I am offer a job that is right next to you and we will be doing about the same job, I can only negotiate for my pay as long as it doesn't surpass yours? This begs the question why should your pay affect mine?

From my experience the ones who are against the equal pay, no women,blacks, whatever... are the ones that are typically stupid and lazy. They scream and shout about all this un-fair ness with these equality provisions because it now means they actually have to compete on their own merit. And what a new concept for these people.
