Problems at loan giants push mortgage rates higher in the U.S.

Mortgage rates are rising because of the troubles at the loan finance giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, threatening to deal another blow to the faltering housing market.

Isn't it great to see all the help...They bail out all the sub-prime lenders and send the homeowners a larger payment to help...

More likely to support business infrastructure! I'm still thinking as a consumer, are not getting fair share of the pie. You see all kind of absorbent fees those are hard to soft fees...
