All that is seen in this article is that Souder and Pence do not like it, and the words "But urged on by Obama....." It is missing results of the report from the CBO, throwing in some useless information about the year 2020. What about the huge hike in utility bills expected for the year 2010? The report also failed to mention the fact that Greenpeace and other groups have withdrawn their support.
