New York, May 5: Two former members of Congress who heard five days of testimony this week are convinced about supposed UFO landings and a government conspiracy to cover them up.

Remember the mock hearings being held at the National Press Club this week on whether the government is engaged in a massive coverup of extraterrestrial visitations? The one held by a group of conspiracy-believers, paying six ex-lawmakers $20,000 to listen to a week of testimony and decide these things? Yeah, that was a thing .

The source of his ire is a stack of newspaper clippings about 20 feet away from where he's standing in the wood-paneled ballroom of National Press Club in downtown DC.
