Americans for Responsible Solutions is a political action committee and gun-control organization founded by former congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and her husband, Mark Kelly. Giffords, who used to hold the 2nd Congressional District seat that Republican candidate Martha McSally is seeking, was wounded by a gunman during a mass shooting at a constituent event in January 2011.
