JONATHAN David Adams, 31, of Pool Hey Lane, Scarisbrick, appeared before Ormskirk Magistrates on January 28 charged with beating a woman at Southport on January 12. Adams pleaded not guilty and has been remanded on conditional bail until March 11 when the trial is due to take place at Ormskirk Magistrates.
