New parking restrictions getting in gear

Families celebrate time spent together
Lancaster City Schools students, their parents and relatives were able to visit Santa, make "snow," and build a birdhouse out of pine cones Saturday morning during the 19th annual Gift of Time event, which was staged at Lancaster High School.
