THE theft trial of the housekeepers of disgraced former Rangers owner Craig Whyte may be delayed because the prosecution cannot serve a witness citation on the elusive millionaire businessman.

SHAMED Craig Whyte has been spotted back in Scotland at his A 800,000 castle - just days after bank bosses threatened to repossess the country pile.

HBoS have given the shamed former Ibrox owner two weeks to pay the A 800,000 loan in full before they will start legal action to repossess Castle Grant near Moray.

CRAIG Whyte faces being thrown out of his Castle Grant home for failing to keep up with his mortgage payments.

Terence Horan and Jane Hagan, who have been accused in court of stealing from Whyte's castle, have lodged papers claiming they were unfairly dismissed.
