Pressures on A&E see operations temporarily postponed at Morriston Hospital
Urgent surgery had to be postponed at Morriston Hospital yesterday to deal with pressures in emergency care, while A&E staff are having to work out the back of ambulances, a senior consultant has revealed.
Avoid A&E 'unless real emergency'
Patients have been urged to avoid going to Morriston Hospital's A&E department in Swansea unless they have a genuine emergency while staff deal with a backlog from the past few days.
