"The View," a once noble experiment that has turned into the world's most contentious tea party, tries to steady the ship with the addition of two new hosts, political analyst Nicole Wallace and actress Rosie Perez. Wallace, who worked in the George W. Bush administration, is a bit of a wild card, but Perez, right - always a great guest on talk shows - should be a natural.
