Singer Sinead O'Connor , who appeared at the Bob Dylan 30th Anniversary concert at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 16, 1992, announced on Dec. 6 the concert is coming to DVD and Blu-ray for the first time next year and also on CD with bonus tracks.
