This sounded delicious until I read the directions to place the 7oz. raw, but marinated fish fillet into a 145 degree oven for 8 minutes. This is the only cooking the snapper receives. I cannot achieve this temperature in my oven. Moreover, it is not going to cook the fish in 8 minutes. Perhaps in a water emulsion set to 145 degrees and left to cook for 8 minutes the fish would be done, but 8 minutes in this cool of an over is not even going to warm the fish through.
