You had them on your bedroom walls and you swooned every time you popped their movies in the VCR or tuned in to their TV shows each week.

The laughter will continue for ABC's "The Middle" and "Last Man Standing." One of the network's solid performers, "The Middle" has held steady, quietly nabbing a fifth season.

Last night ABC made room for all of their new pilots by making some hard decisions about their established programs, which meant cancelling a number of bubble shows but ultimately renewing " Nashville ." Of all ABC 's uncertain series, "Nashville," was the one with not only the most upside but the most loyal fanbase.

Despite a shortened season and move to Friday nights, "Last Man Standing" held steady in the ratings.

All American TV/film comedian Tim Allen is bringing his adults only standup tour to Ruth Eckerd Hall on July 25 at 8 p.m., according to the Tampa Bay Times .

The show's writer-producer Nastaran Dibai -- who took over for creator Kevin Abbott as the showrunner of the Reba McEntire-fronted comedy in November -- is also leaving.
